Meredith is an energetic and silly mama of two lovely little ladies. She is a forever Oregonian with home just outside Portland and Happy Valley in Damascus. She attended her first Stroller Strides class when her oldest kiddo was just 3 months old. Very quickly she realized the power of being healthy through exercise and bonding with other moms traveling this crazy road we call motherhood. After 4 years of being a member of Fit4Mom Meredith started a new adventure of instructing Stroller Strides classes to help other mamas find the amazing benefits of the Stroller Strides ‘Village’. Meredith and family love spending time outdoors in the mud, having dance parties, cooking together, and practicing our burpee technique.more

I started doing stroller strides when my second child was 6 months old and it became clear that I wasn't going to be able to get to the gym anymore. I came for the workouts, but I stayed for the community of women who were also there because they wanted to find healthy lives without leaving their children behind. It's one of the best things I did for myself and my family postpartum!
