Body Back Workout

Body Back Workout is a 60-minute full body HIIT workout. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a fantastic workout for anyone, especially moms who want to make the most of their time!
Body Back Workout classes are for ALL women! Body Back Workout classes are kid-free, women-only. Body Back Workout classes are not part of the Body Back Transformation program, though can be used as a make-up class for Body Back Transformation participants. Body Back Workout can be done on a drop-in basis or covered by a 10 Class Pass.
