Body Boost is a results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect you to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to motherhood and all that comes with it. Designed for women at any stage of motherhood, you will improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing the support and positivity of a group of like minded mamas.
