Body Well Open House
Body Well Open House is a chance to try a free Body Well HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout and learn more about the Body Well program. Body Well is our women-only, kid-free program. You'll have a great sweat sesh while you meet some of the other amazing women in our program. Ask all the questions about Body Well and score a special Open House only discount on the upcoming session!
Because of the wind and air quality this week all of our Open House classes will be held VIRTUALLY! Our 8-week Fall Body Well session will have both virtual AND in person class options.
We use Zoom as our virtual class platform. You'll want to wear comfortable exercise clothing and shoes. You'll need a water bottle, a yoga mat or other comfortable ground (like carpet), and a little space to move. Optional to add in a resistance band or hand weights (soup cans or wine bottles make excellent at-home hand weights ;-)
We'll be sending out the direct Zoom link approximately 45 min prior to class to all enrolled.
Warm-up starts at 7:00 PM on Monday and Wednesday. See you soon, mama!
