Run Club+

Take your running to the next level with FIT4MOM SE Portland/Happy Valley's 8-week guided training program. Whether you're training for a specific running goal, such as a 5K, 10K, or a Half Marathon, or simply want the support and structure of a run-training program, we provide at-home virtual training and support and we are now offering optional Sunday morning Run Clinics. Included in this 8-week program are detailed training plans for a variety of distances or general running and nutrition tips for fueling during your runs, a private support group, weekly cross-training workouts, running safety tips, and more. You will also receive one-on-one support, accountability and progress check-ins from our local certified Run Coach.

Our Run Club+ starts with a virtual Kick-off Party Thursday June 17th at 7:30 PM! The Kick-off Party is FREE and open to all. On the fence and want more info before committing? Join us for the Kick-off Party! RSVP HERE to get the Zoom link.
Once you've enrolled in Run Club+ we'll send you information on training plan options. At our Kick-off party we'll go over Run Club+ program details and expectations, get to know each other, set our personal goals and start to customize your individual training plan!


Official Run Club+ training begins Monday June 14th. Our first Run Clinic is Sunday June 20th. Run Clinics are optional and the program can be done 100% virtually too.

Our Race Day weekend is August 7th/8th. We will be training for the Huckleberry Half held in Welches Oregon on August 7th. This race includes all distances: 5K, 10K, 15K, and Half. You will need to register for the race on your own. We suggest not waiting as participants are limited in accordance with pandemic safety protocols.

You DO NOT need to do the Huckleberry Half to train with us!!!
