Run Club+

Take your running to the next level with FIT4MOM SE Portland's 8-week guided training program. Whether you're training for a specific running goal, such as a 5K, 10K, or a Half Marathon, or simply want the support and structure of a run-training program, we provide at-home virtual training and support with optional Sunday morning in person Run Clinics. Included in this 8-week program are detailed training plans for a variety of distances or general running, and nutrition tips for fueling during your runs, a private support group, weekly cross-training workouts, running safety tips, and more. You will also receive one-on-one support, accountability and progress check-ins from our local certified Run Coach.

Once you've enrolled in Run Club+ we'll send you information on training plan options and our run coach will personally be reaching out to you. We'll start things off with a virtual kick-off party! Details to come. If you're on the fence and want more Run Club+ info please reach out with any and all questions and you're welcome to join the kick-off party where we'll go over all the ins and outs of Run Club+

Official Run Club+ training begins Monday Jan. 17th. Run Clinics are optional and the program can be done 100% virtually too. Our first Run Clinic of the Winter Session is Sunday Jan 23rd 8:30 AM at Mt Tabor Park.

This session we are training for the Shamrock Run! You will need to register for the race on your own. You do NOT need to run the Shamrock to train with us! If you sign up for the Shamrock please join our FIT4MOM SE PORTLAND team! Password: FITMAMA. Team members do not need to run the same distance. Sign your partners and your kids up under our team too!
