Run Club+

Take your running to the next level with FIT4MOM SE Portland/Happy Valley's 8-week guided virtual training program. Whether you're training for a specific running goal, such as a 5K, 10K, or a Half Marathon, or simply want the support and structure of a run-training program, we provide at-home virtual training and support. Included in this 8-week program are detailed training plans for a variety of distances or general running and nutrition tips for fueling during your runs, a private support group, weekly LIVE virtual cross-training workouts, running safety tips, and more. You will also receive one-on-one support, accountability and progress check-ins from our local certified Run Coach.

Our Run Club+ starts with a virtual Kick-off Party Wednesday March 24th at 8:30 PM! The Kick-off Party is FREE and open to all. On the fence and want more info before committing? Join us for the Kick-off Party! RSVP HERE to get the Zoom link.
Once you've enrolled in Run Club+ we'll send you information on training plan options. At our Kick-off party we'll go over Run Club+ program details and expectations, get to know each other, set our personal goals and start to customize your individual training plan!


Official Run Club+ training begins March 29th. Our Race Day is Sunday May 23rd. We will be training for a national FIT4MOM virtual charity race. You do not need to run the Race to train with us. If you would like to run the Virtual Race you will need to enroll separately for the race itself. We will be getting together for an in-person, socially distanced Race Day and celebration on May 23rd! You pick your distance 5K, 10K, or Half! Not able to make the Race in-person? No problem, you can run it on your own time that weekend and share your final time.
