Virtual Class

Join us VIRTUALLY from the comfort of your own home! All virtual classes will be conducted via Zoom. You can download a free Zoom app to phone or tablet or access Zoom for free through any web browser (laptop, desktop, etc). The Zoom link will be sent to all enrolled approximately 30 min prior to class. For all virtual classes you will want comfortable exercise clothing, a water bottle, a yoga mat or comfortable ground (like carpet), and a little room to move. Optional to add in a resistance band or hand weights.
