Stroller Strides is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities, and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You'll leave class feeling connected, successful, and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Stroller Barre is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strength your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Combining cardio, strength, core and meditation, Body Boost is the perfect workout for mom's mental and physical health. Body Boost is a results based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize leaving Mom feeling refreshed and recharded for motherhood and all that comes with it.
Body Boost classes are for ALL women at any stage of motherhood.

Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.more

Grow a Baby, Gain a Village!

FIT4BABY is a total body workout designed exclusively for moms-to-be. This 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and abides by ACOG (Amercian College of OB/GYNs) guidlines for prenatal fitness. Unlike prenatal yoga and pilates, we incorporate a cardio component as well as use resistance, strength and body weight training to help prepare you for delivery, recovery, and motherhood. Our goal is that you will have all the elements needed to have a successful birth: muscles to help in labor, cardiovascular endurance to help you during active labor, and muscles to help you function and heal swiftly after your delivery.
Fit4Baby is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically-based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

Our FIT4BABY course is 6 weeks of classes - you'll really get to know the other mamas-to-be in your session, forming connections and bonds that will last long after delivery.

Strides 360 promises a heart pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It is for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it on your good days or scaled back on days you're not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with you mom friends. Either way, the time will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

Join us for our special Summer Mini Session Run Club+
This is a 4.5 week training for a 5K distance. If you are new to running, welcome! If you can already comfortably run a 5K, it's time to work on your speed!

Our Mini Session will be culminating with a group 5K at Mt Tabor Park on Wednesday evening July 20th. This is a family friendly run - strollers welcome, as are partners! Mt Tabor Park is closed to cars on Wednesdays so we'll have plenty of safe roads to run on.

Just like our full Run Club+ sessions, you'll be getting a training plan and help customizing it for your schedule and goals. You'll be added to our Run Club+ private Facebook Group with daily posts. You'll be part of our group text thread filled with sweaty selfies and run encouragement. You'll also get personal check-ins with the amazing Coach Jessica.

Join us on Sunday mornings 8:30 AM at Mt Tabor for 1 hour run clinics. All levels welcome (walk, jog, or run). Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring a stroller so we can plan for stroller friendly locations. These run clinics are optional, but so fun! You can do the training on your own time just fine, connecting with your team via Facebook and text.

The Mini Session includes 5 Sunday run clinics plus our Wednesday evening 5K! Plus tons of accountability, guidance, motivation, and fun!

We are excited to be hosting HOKA at one of our Run Clinics this session. Try a pair of HOKAs for your run that day and learn more about what to look for in running shoes (any brand), how to care for them, and ask questions of a running shoe expert.

Join us VIRTUALLY! All Virtual classes will be conducted via Zoom. You can download a free Zoom app to phone or tablet or access Zoom for free through any web browser (laptop, desktop, etc). The Zoom link will be sent to all enrolled approximately 30 min prior to class.
