Stroller Strides is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities, and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You'll leave class feeling connected, successful, and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Stroller Barre is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strength your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Combining cardio, strength, core and meditation, Body Boost is the perfect workout for mom's mental and physical health. Body Boost is a results based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize leaving Mom feeling refreshed and recharded for motherhood and all that comes with it.
Body Boost classes are for ALL women at any stage of motherhood.

Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.more

Grow a Baby, Gain a Village!

FIT4BABY is a total body workout designed exclusively for moms-to-be. This 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and abides by ACOG (Amercian College of OB/GYNs) guidlines for prenatal fitness. Unlike prenatal yoga and pilates, we incorporate a cardio component as well as use resistance, strength and body weight training to help prepare you for delivery, recovery, and motherhood. Our goal is that you will have all the elements needed to have a successful birth: muscles to help in labor, cardiovascular endurance to help you during active labor, and muscles to help you function and heal swiftly after your delivery.
Fit4Baby is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically-based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

Our FIT4BABY course is 6 weeks of classes - you'll really get to know the other mamas-to-be in your session, forming connections and bonds that will last long after delivery.

Strides 360 promises a heart pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It is for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it on your good days or scaled back on days you're not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with you mom friends. Either way, the time will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

As well as being offered live and in-person this class will also be streamed live via Zoom for our mamas who prefer to join in virtually. If you plan to join virtually please enroll in the corresponding Virtual Class and the direct Zoom link will be sent to you approximately 45 min prior to class start time. For Virtual access please DO NOT enroll here. Go back to the schedule page and there will be a Virtual option at the same time as this class. Thank you.

Our 8-week virtual Run Club supports your training for a 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon. This program includes weekly emails, custom training plans, LIVE virtual cross-training workouts, running tips, virtual coaching, accountability, a private social group, and more!more

Join us VIRTUALLY! All Virtual classes will be conducted via Zoom. You can download a free Zoom app to phone or tablet or access Zoom for free through any web browser (laptop, desktop, etc). The Zoom link will be sent to all enrolled approximately 30 min prior to class.

A Body Back Mini Session is 4 weeks of workouts, accountability, community, and dedicating some time for YOU! You'll have 2 virtual HIIT workouts per week, access to our private Facebook Group, a small group of mamas who have your back, and accountability to make healthier choices throughout the 4-weeks. Plus, it's FUN!
