Stroller Strides is the country's largest stroller-based fitness program for pre and postnatal women! Classes are one hour in length and include cardio work as well as strength training and core work. All fitness levels welcome!
8 weeks of clean eating and twice weekly group workouts = A NEW YOU! Give yourself the tools and accountability to completely transform your body! Classes are designed for working women and/or busy moms to do without kiddos so they are offered early mornings, evenings and mid-mornings. Not limited to moms, all women welcome!
