How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?
Email seportland@fit4mom.com to change the status of your membership. All requests need to be received in writing 5 business days before the next payment is due. Once payment processes there are no refunds.
Memberships will be placed on hold for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months. Our system auto prorates payments so no paid membership is lost. Once a hold is over, payments resume. A hold is not a cancellation.
If you would like to cancel your membership, we must receive your notification in writing at seportland@fit4mom.com a minimum of 14 days prior to your next billing cycle. Once notified, our team will contact you with our cancellation form. Both steps need to be submitted in order for a cancellation to go through. Your membership will not be cancelled until you receive notification via email that all is complete and it is cancelled.
