Stroller Workout for Moms

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.

Offered Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9:30am

Fit4Baby Prenatal Workout Classes

FIT4BABY®

FIT4BABY® is a prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

Offered Thursdays at 6:30pm

Mom-Only Workout Program

BODY WELL

Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting within FIT4MOM’s motherhood sisterhood.

Summer 4 Week Mini Sessions will be offered June 23 through July 16, and July 21 through August 13. Mondays and Wednesdays 7-8pm in person at Kenilworth Park and live on Zoom.

Stroller Run Club for Moms

RUN CLUB+®

Take your running to the next level with our 8-week guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama!

This summer we are offering a 4 week Mini Session running June 22 through July 19, and an 8 week regular session July 20 through September 13. We are training for the Get Your Rear in Gear 5K in Mt. Tabor Park on July 19 and the Beaverton 5K/10K/Half Marathon on September 13. The races are optional and registration is separate. Optional weekly Run Clinics are on Sundays 8:30-9:30am in Mt. Tabor Park for both sessions.
