Emily, a Minnesota native, is a mom to a toddler and loves the community that FIT4MOM provides. She became an instructor about a year after starting classes with us and hasn't looked back! Her positive attitude and enthusiasm for all things motherhood means clients look forward to her classes. A recently board certified lactation consultant, you can find her subbing in our Stroller Strides classes.
