Sydney is the boss mom of FIT4MOM Southeast Portland/Happy Valley and mama to one little boy. Sydney and her husband always dreamed of moving to the PNW and made their dream happen in late 2020. She joined FIT4MOM in spring of 2022, and it became her village from her first workout. After a career as a bilingual elementary school teacher, she is passionate about bringing her love of building community and supporting families while enjoying exercise and the outdoors to Southeast Portland and Happy Valley. You'll find her teaching Stroller Strides and subbing for other classes.
